Cloud/UCaaS

No IT department? No problem! Unified Communication as a Service (also known as UCaaS or Cloud) requires no on-site hardware to manage and minimal upfront cost.

Historically, a telephone system required a myriad of hardware located on the consumer premise. The ascent of IP telephony changed the hardware, but still required servers and network appliances to be purchased and located onsite.

The first questions we ask when we meet with a new client determine whether an on-premise or cloud solution fit best. If you lean toward cloud based services for software and don’t want to manage or maintain hardware, UCaaS could be right for you. Unified Communication as a Service requires no on site hardware, minimal to no upfront cost, and offers many of the benefits of an on-premise system.

“A year ago, we decided to research and compare VOIP providers. We settled on Mitel & IBS to best meet our needs. The superior service we received from IBS was part of the reason we chose them. The Mitel hosted product also scored high as easy to use and included the collaboration features most important to us. We are very happy with our decision, the IBS team provided the attention to detail we expected and the Mitel hosted offering provides us with all the tools to make our many locations look like we are under one roof.”
