Integral Building Systems' core business is maintaining your voice and data network investment. IBS offers customized as well as standard maintenance contracts to our customers at a very competitive price. We understand that all customer needs are different and all contracts can be tailored to the individual customer requirements.
Our maintenance plans include all of the following services to make sure your investment is achieving optimal performance:
  • 24-hour Dispatch: We have 7 day/24 hour emergency dispatch for those customers who never close.
  • Same Day Service: Service problems dispatched within eight (8) business hours of call-in time. Emergency service problems dispatched within two (2) hours of call-in time.
  • Factory Certified Technicians: Our technicians are factory certified on all of our voice and data products.
  • Local Dispatch: Our dispatchers understand the geographical location of our technical staff and can more effectively handle the work load called in by customers. IBS will assign a primary and a backup technician to each customer.
  • Local Inventory: IBS has a full local inventory for any replacement parts for all of our voice and data systems.
  • Remote Diagnostics: Our In-house engineering team analyzes your system quarterly through our remote computers to delve harder into error codes and run thorough diagnostics.
  • Optional Remote Alarm Notification: We offer 24x7 Real-time monitoring to detect system issues as they occur. The ability to recognize problems immediately will minimize downtime.
